Budget & Treasury
The Budget and Treasury Office (BTO) is the anchor office of the Municipality as it provides support to all departments of the Municipality.
Community Development Service
The department of Community Development Services is responsible for Equitable implementation of Municipal Health Services, Management of Customer care services etc.

Infrastructure Development
The Infrastructure Department (IDMS) is responsible for the following:
- Planning of water services programmes
- Implementation of MIG programme and
- Ensuring provisioning of water to the end users
Planning & Economic Development
The Department of Development and Economic planning is divided into three Units being: Development Planning, Economic Planning, Geographic Information Management System
