Alfred Nzo District Municipality Executive Mayor Cllr: Vukile Mhlelembana officially introduced the three (3) contractors appointed for VIP sanitation at Ward 09 Nqabeni Village in Winnie Madikizela-Mandela Local Municipality.
Speaking during the handover the Executive Mayor said “We understand that there are lot of grievances in realation to service delivery such as water, acess roads and VIP sanitation. As we celebrate 30 years of freedom in our country it would be improper for us not to restore your dignities even though there is a lot that needs to be done”.
“We’re here today to handover three contractors which I believe that they will execute their responsibility working hand in hand with Project Steering committee”.
“Over five million will be spent throughout the course construction phase of the VIP sanitation where communities of the ward are expected to benefit through job opportunities so they are able to make difference in their families”. He added.
