Cllr Nkosincedile Ntshayisa sworn in today as Alfred Nzo District Municipality Councillor. The new Councillor is replacing former Cllr Lazola Maqhashalala who was a representative from Umzimubu Local Municipality. The Speaker of the Council Cllr. Simthembile Kulu has welcomed the new Councillors to the Council.
